The rules in short
A crossword is a grid of white cells filled with words that cross each other. Every word has a clue, and where an across word meets a down word the letters must agree. CrossKru grids come in four sizes (7, 11, 15 and 21 cells wide) across ten themes, with a clued daily per language. Solo play allows up to four word reveals when you're stuck. In a co-op crew of 2 to 4, everyone fills the same grid in real time and each letter appears for the whole crew. In a rated Battle, 2 to 4 rivals race separate copies of the same grid; the first to finish correctly wins and ratings move with ELO. Clues and words exist in English and French, chosen separately from the interface language.
